Unlike many search professionals, he began his career analysing investments before moving into executive search. Having worked as an Equity Research Analyst covering public equity and credit markets, he understands the realities of investment decision-making, research processes and portfolio construction, engaging with investors as a market participant rather than simply a recruiter.
