Summary
As a Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent in the field of Alternative Investments. You will collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGY
Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for fund management positions. Identify and understand the unique requirements of each role and design recruitment plans accordingly.
SOURCING AND SCREENING
Utilise various sourcing channels, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract highly qualified investment professionals. Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organisation.
CANDIDATE ENGAGEMENT
Proactively engage with potential candidates, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and build relationships with passive candidates through effective networking and talent community management. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Any relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred)
Proven experience in experience within Recruitment or Executive Search, preferably with a focus on Alternative Investments or Financial Services
Excellent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills
Strong interviewing and assessment abilities to evaluate candidates effectively
